EL DORADO — Great Bend (27-2) swept five consecutive matches to capture the El Dorado volleyball tournament. The Panthers own the best 5A Western record and would play at home in postseason.

The Panthers downed Chanute 25-14, 19-25, 25-17 in the day's tightest 3-set match. Great Bend defeated Arkansas City, 25-20, 25-20; Wichita West 25-12, 25-15; Buhler 23-25, 25-12, 25-12; and Valley Center 25-18, 25-19.
