Larned Indian No. 2 singles Cassie Manry places first.

SCOTT CITY — Larned's No. 1 singles Lauren Sleder and No. 2 singles Cassie Manry earned runner-up medals to spark the Indians (48) to a 3-point team victory over Liberal (45) in Tuesday's Scott City Tournament.

Ulysses' Clarissa Sianuqui defeated Sleder 8-6 in the championship match. Colby's Allison Zimmerman downed Manry, 8-6 in the championship match.

Larned's No. 1 doubles Maggie Haas/Keirsten Pinkston defeated Colby's Maddie Arnberger/Anjili Balbuena, 8-7 (7-3) in a third-place tiebreaker. No. 2 doubles Ella McNett/Leah Pinkston defeated Norton's Lilli Puga/Hallie Long 8-6 for seventh place.
