Great Bend Panthers win Unified state bowling title

TOPEKA -- Great Bend coach David Feldbauer is officially the best bowling coach in Kansas. After leading the Great Bend girls to a pair of 5A state bowling titles, Great Bend's Unified bowling team captured the KSHSAA Unified State Bowling Championship Tuesday at Topeka's West Ridge Lanes. Team members are Xander Orth, Keaton Wahlmeier, Kanyen Parr, Payton Edwards and Zoey Mayberry.

After leading the Great Bend girls to a pair of 5A state bowling titles, Great Bend's Unified bowling team captured the KSHSAA Unified State Bowling Championship Tuesday at Topeka's West Ridge Lanes.

The Panthers rolled a KSHSAA record 1,110 pins to beat Western Athletic Conference members Hays High (945) and Liberal (936)

Team members are Xander Orth, Keaton Wahlmeier, Kanyen Parr, Payton Edwards and Zoey Mayberry.
