HOISINGTON — Hoisington's versatile Jason Robinson got rolling as the Cardinals (4-4, 4-0) clinched a home 2A playoff game while dropping Cimarron to 2-6, 2-2 in District 8. Robinson rushed for a career high 152 yards with a 61-yard scoring run. He caught a 33-yard touchdown pass from Rhen Galla.

The Cardinals have swept 28 consecutive District victories.

Hoisington's Kyler Dean Russell and C.J. Bryant each scored a pair of rushing touchdowns. Mason Martin caught a 44-yard touchdown strike from Galla. Preston Merlau scored a rushing touchdown.
