ELLSWORTH – Hoisington’s singles players Claire Crutcher/Reese Merlau switched to doubles and finished runner-up at Tuesday's Ellsworth Tournament. Ellsworth's Reygan Coonrod/Inarie Rippert downed Crutcher/Merlau 8-0 in the championship match.

Hoisington's No. 1 singles Heather Ward (0-3), No. 2 singles Kassie Linsner (0-3) and No. 2 doubles Miette Kaiser/Aubree Martin (0-3) all finished sixth.
