Bombers baseball tryouts set

Tryout dates are scheduled Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at the Great Bend Sports Complex for area baseball players interested in competing for Bombers Baseball teams in 2023. The cutoff date for each age group is May 1, 2023.

“We’re excited about hosting tryouts at the Great Bend Sports Complex,” said Mike Minton. “What a wonderful and absolute appreciated venue that we are fortunate to have in Great Bend. “Please bring completed registration and waivers with you to the tryout.”

Typically there are a few practice/get-togethers in the fall and then optional indoor practices with full practices starting in March/April. Tournaments run from April through July.

2023 Bombers Baseball Tryouts Bombers Baseball is a non-profit association committed to the betterment of organized baseball in the Golden Belt Area. Interested players must attend a tryout.

13-year-old – 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10.

14-19-year old – 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11.

7-8-year old – 1:30-3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14.

9-year-old – 3-4:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14.

10-year-old – 4:30-6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14.

Make-up date all ages – 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15.
