MACKSVILLE 54, SOUTH GRAY 6

MACKSVILLE —Macksville quarterback Ryan Kuckelman was spectacular with four rushing touchdowns and a passing score in a 54-6 Eight-Man 1 football victory over South Gray. Macksville (9-0) will play Atwood-Rawlins County (7-2) next week.

Kuckelman gained 120 yards and scored on runs of 1, 11, 16 and 27 yards. He completed a 35-yard touchdown pass to Lance Lickiss. Hector Gomez gained 96 yards and scored on a 57-yard run. Jason Cleveland scored on a 25-yard run and converted three 2-pointers. Kuckelman recovered a South Gray fumble. Ervey Triana contributed six tackles and three assists.

Jorge Luperico scored on a 75-yard kickoff return for South Gray (2-7).

BUCKLIN 32, STAFFORD 30

STAFFORD — Underdog Bucklin converted four long touchdown plays to shock Stafford 32-30 in Thursday's Eight-Man 2 football playoff game. 

Bucklin passed for 244 yards and rushed for 162 yards. Bucklin scored on 33, 51, 55 and 57-yard touchdowns. Lucas Kirk scored on a 2-yard run and completed a 33-yard touchdown to Kolson Cook and a 57-yard score to Andrew Bowman. Bowman scored on a 55-yard punt return. Waylon Dolezal scored the game-winner on a 51-yard run for Bucklin (6-3). 

Stafford quarterback Dylan Gantz completed a 25-yard touchdown pass to Colson Minks and Jimi Oleson converted the 2-pointer for a 32-30 score. But the Red Aces recovered an onside kickoff to protect the lead.

Gantz scored on 26- and 55-yard runs and completed a touchdown pass. Cody Knoche scored on a 28-yard run for Stafford (8-1), which has won one playoff game in school history. Stafford was outscored 26-8 after the first period.

SHARON SPRINGS — Wallace County's Tyler Korbe ran wild with three touchdowns to spark a 48-0 playoff victory over Central Plains in Eight-Man 2. Tyler Korbe scored on 23, 45 and 67 yard runs. Wallace County's Hawkins scored on a 44-yard touchdown pass from Cade Johnson and on a 36-yard interception return for Wallace County (6-3).

LOGAN — Otis-Bison halfback Hayden Morrison ran wild with three touchdowns and 152 yards rushing in the Cougars' 52-6 non-district playoff victory over Logan-Palco. 

Morrison scored on runs of 34, 45 and 56 yards. Quarterback Jake Hoopingarner scored on 10-yard run and completed a 73-yard touchdown pass to Eston Juno. Ky Schwartz added a 1-yard touchdown run. Juno had five tackles and two assists. Morrison had five tackles and an assist. Schwartz had four stops and three assists for the Cougars (1-8)..
