Well it happened. We ran a letter to the editor and it followed the rules. Include your name and address and a phone number so we can verify it is you writing the letter. Under 600 words, also check. But what we didn't realize is that by using only the first and last name and a town, we could have two people with those things the same but with different views. This was the case of the letter to the editor in Tuesday, October 22nd Tribune.  Greg K. Bauer who lives outside of town but has a Great Bend address wrote the letter, but Greg L. Bauer that lives in the town of Great Bend is getting all the calls.  

Although we will include this as a clarification in the Thursday newspaper we wanted you to know as soon as we discovered it too.
