ALBERT — Theresa “Teri” Lynn Richardson, 63, passed away on Oct. 1, 2021, at Diversicare of Larned in Larned, Kan. while in the company of family. She was born May 5, 1958, in Orange, Calif. to Ed Barr and Betty (Nunley) Barr. She married David Richardson on March 20, 1983, in Apple Valley, Calif. The couple lived in Yorba Linda, Calif. prior to moving to Albert, Kan. Teri cherished Sunday dinners with her family, traveling to visit loved ones and had a passion for reading. She also enjoyed camping trips with her husband and quality time with her grandkids.
Teri was preceded in death by both parents and her husband David. She is survived by her children, Jack Richardson and wife Shayna of Albert, Kan., and Sarah Richardson of Goddard, Kan.; her brothers, Michael Barr and wife Rhoda of Kingman, Ariz. and Richard Barr of Fullerton, Calif.; her five grandchildren, Khilie McQuade, Seth Richardson, Dylan Richardson, Alison McCoy, and David Bivens.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Nov. 6, 2021, at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Albert City Hall in Albert, Kan., 2006 Main Street.
