ALBERT — Lynette Kay Cummins was taken up to heaven on Nov. 10, 2012 due to a dune buggy accident in Wynoka, Okla.
She was born on Aug. 26, 1961. She was a wonderful mother daughter and sister.
Survivors include her boyfriend, Raymond Becker; her mother Judy K. Angell and father John David Angell, Medicine Lodge; a sister, Tammy Countryman, Hardtner; three daughters, Judy Angell, Pratt; Julie Reed, Medicine Lodge; and Lacy Cummins, Radium; two grandchildren, Landon Roberts, Radium; and Liberty Mason, Pratt; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her ex-husband Bob Cummins.
Funeral services are pending.
