LARNED — Elmer Clyde Kasselman, 79, passed away Sept. 23, 2024 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. He was born March 30, 1945 in Great Bend, the son of Emmett “Johnnie” and Norma P. Argyle Kasselman.

A lifetime area resident, he was retired from Larned State Hospital. He was of the Methodist Faith and enjoyed farming with his dad and gardening.

On July 25, 1992 he married Vera Lee Leibrandt Stacey at Larned; she survives.

Other survivors include two step sons, Mike (Tina) Stacey, Great Bend, Tom Stacey, Larned; step daughter, Staci (David) Renfro, Omaha, Neb.; brother, Willard “Woody” (Luellen) Kasselman, Ohlsburg; sister, Edna Dutton, Yuma, Ariz.; sister-in-law, Alta Kasselman, Pawnee Rock; 11 step grandchildren; and four step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Keith Kasselman.
