Great Bend Fire and EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made eight ambulance runs on Friday, six on Saturday, seven on Sunday, and six on Monday. Great Bend Firefighters responded to arcing wires Saturday, and a carbon monoxide check and a reported gas leak on Sunday.

Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:16 am. Monday at 150 NW 130 Ave., Albert

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:21 a.m. in the 900 block of NE 100 Ave., Claflin

Criminal damage was reported at 1:25 p.m. at 308 Cottonwood Dr.

The K-9 unit was utilized at 9:37 p.m. in the 400 block of N Washington Ave.
