Emergency Medical Service responded to 11 calls on Monday. There were no fires.


Great Bend Police

A non-injury accident was reported at 4:48 a.m. Monday at Autozone, 2219 10th St.

K-9 Niko was used on a traffic stop at 2:06 p.m. at 24th and Washington.

A violation of a Protection from Abuse (PFA) was reported at 4:55 p.m..

A sex offense was reported at 7:26 p.m.

A case was taken after School Resource Office Millard reported a narcotics violation at Great Bend High School at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday.


Barton County Sheriff

Illegal hunting in the vicinity of NW 220 Road and NW 90 Ave., Galatia, was reported at 1:25 p.m. Monday.

Illegal hunting in the vicinity of SW 42 Road and SW 50 Ave., Great Bend, was reported at 5:10 p.m.

A non-injury accident was reported at 5:55 p.m. at Susank Road and NE 160 Road.
