My husband was in the business, and he needed my help.

What do you most enjoy about what you do?
I enjoy being with people, and working with them. I enjoy the remodeling, and seeing the finished property.

How has it changed since you first began/what changes do you anticipate in the next 5-10 years?
When I started in the business, our first Motel was a 16 room facility in Lawton, Okla. We remodeled it, and sold. We have owned Motels in Colby, Juction City, and Larned, since. In the next 5-10 years, we hope to have purchased bigger properties, to remodel.
