The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Kanopolis Lake will be hosting its annual waterfowl blind permit drawing at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday Sept. 6, at the Kanopolis Lake U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Information Center, 105 Riverside Drive in Marquette. The drawing will be at random to determine the order of site selection and permit application. There will be 25 blind sites available.
Permit applicants must be at least 12 years of age on the day of the drawing. Two members per household may be allowed to draw. For more information, contact the Kanopolis Project Office at (785)-546-2294.
