Jammin’ Randy coming to Great Bend Monday

The Great Bend Recreation Commission will host free children’s shows featuring Jammin’ Randy on Monday, July 1, at the Great Bend Recreation Activity Center, 2715 18th St.

Randy Sauer/Jammin’ Randy is a multi-award-winning children’s performer, singer/songwriter and music educator from Hays. A Jammin’ Randy show will have the audience smiling, singing, and dancing as he takes you on a musical journey. Randy draws children into the musical journey with songs that range from educational to instruments. Musical genres include rock, classic children’s, jazz, folk, country, hop-hop, and blues.  

Each of the following free drop-in sessions will last approximately 30-45 minutes and parents or babysitters are required to attend with their children:

• 9 a.m., for  children 5 and under at 9 a.m.

• 10 a.m. for grades K-1

• 11 a.m. for grades 2-3
