Children experiment with various drums and rhythm instruments Tuesday afternoon at the “Drum Safari,” part of the Great Bend Public Library’s summer reading programming. This interactive program allowed children to explore exotic sounds and the unique histories of the handpan and didgeridoo. “Drum Safari” is a KC, Missouri-based company that provides educational, rhythm-based programs.
