Central Plains FFA competes

On Wednesday, April 3, the Central Plains FFA traveled to Arkansas City to compete in the South Central District Floriculture and Meats Evaluation Contests. The Greenhand Meats team consisting of Emma Wasson, Taylyn Matlack, Charlee Schlessiger, Silas Peterman and Ethan Davison placed fourth. Emma Wasson placed sixth individually and Taylyn Matlack placed eighth. Pictured is teammate Charlee Schlessiger identifying various cuts of meat.
