Catholic Charities of Southwest Kansas hosts garage sale as part of HWY. 56 Sales Scramble

Catholic Charities of Southwest Kansas announced its upcoming garage sale, taking place April 24-26 at 2201 16th St. in Great Bend, KS. This event is part of the larger HWY 56 Sales Scramble, a four-day shopping extravaganza that spans multiple locations along U.S. The sale in Great Bend will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.

 

Call for Donations:

Catholic Charities is seeking donations of gently used items, including furniture, home decor, kitchenware, electronics, books, toys, clothing and more. Donations can be dropped off at the Catholic Charities office at 2201 16th St. until April 16.

Sponsors note the garage sale is a crucial event for Catholic Charities, helping to bridge funding gaps and ensure the continuation of vital community services. These services include food assistance, housing support, and counseling, among others.

As part of the HWY 56 Sales Scramble, shoppers will have access to a wide array of sales and deals across multiple locations. The Scramble runs from April 24-27, offering a unique opportunity for bargain hunters and treasure seekers to explore various vendors and sales throughout the region.
