Central Kansas CASA will provide backpacks with basic school supplies to students in need, from pre-K through 12th grade.

All a family has to do is contact the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) office and let them know one is needed. There is a basic application process to receive a backpack and it can be done over the phone. Backpacks can be picked up or someone can drop one off.

This program is available to residents of the 20th Judicial District, which includes Barton, Stafford, Russell, Ellsworth and Rice counties.
