A traffic infraction early Thursday ended in a drug arrest, according to Lt. William Browne at the Great Bend Police Department.
At 1:34 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle in the 3500 block of 10th St. The GBPD K-9 was called to the scene and walked around the vehicle. When the dog indicated the presence of suspected drugs, police reportedly located approximately 4 grams of methamphetamine inside. The driver, Tyler Boeck, 26, was arrested and booked at the Barton County Jail.
