The descendents of John and Abi Tompkins gathered for their annual reunion Sunday, July 22, at the IOOF Hall in St. John. Hosts for the reunion were Mark and Doris Tompkins, St. John.
Those present were, Denis and Teresa Bachand, Rae Ann Brack, and Fern Tompkins, Great Bend; Amanda Meiklejohn and Brock Hudson, Mary Ann Soerries, and Bryan Evans, Pratt; Todd Tompkins, Oberlin; Braydon Evans, Macksville, Josh Williamson, Cullison; Rebekah Wells, Derby; Janet Ferguson, Roger and Patty Wellman, Wichita. Out of state guests were Chris Lach, Branson, Mo. and Carol and Ed Berry, Kingston, Okla.
Next year’s reunion will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2019, at St. John.
