Scheuerman family to hold reunion

The 63rd annual reunion of descendants of Conrad Scheuerman, Elizabeth Schwindt Scheuerman and Rosa Matal Scheuerman will be held at Camp Aldrich, 884 NE 110 Ave, Claflin, beginning at 3 p.m., Saturday, August 4, with a barbecue at 5 p.m. Activities will continue on Sunday, August 5, with a church service at 9:45 a.m., pot-luck dinner at noon, and swimming and games at 1 p.m.

The descendents of John and Abi Tompkins gathered for their annual reunion Sunday, July 22, at the IOOF Hall in St. John. Hosts for the reunion were Mark and Doris Tompkins, St. John. Those present were, Denis and Teresa Bachand, Rae Ann Brack, and Fern Tompkins, Great Bend; Amanda Meiklejohn and Brock Hudson, Mary Ann Soerries, and Bryan Evans, Pratt; Todd Tompkins, Oberlin; Braydon Evans, Macksville, Josh Williamson, Cullison; Rebekah Wells, Derby; Janet Ferguson, Roger and Patty Wellman, Wichita.
