Heartland Center for Spirituality will present a workshop, “Choose Joy” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday Nov. 2.

“During this workshop, you will explore how things are with your soul and how are you feeling about yourself and your life as a whole? In a time when joy seems to be in short supply, join us to find yours,” sponsors said.

The workshop will be held at the Great Bend Dominican Sisters of Peace Motherhouse, 3600 Broadway Ave. The fee is $50, which includes lunch.
