After not meeting since early March because of COVID 19, all Preceptor Pi members met at Mi Tierra in Hoisington in July for lunch to discuss the 2020-2021 sorority year, hold Lois Johnson’s Silver Circle Ritual and Installation of Officers and vote for Woman of the Year.

The officers for this year are: President Susan Coulson; Vice President Janis Link; Treasurer Lois Johnson; Secretary Brenda Black.

The new Sorority year for Preceptor Pi began on Sept. 1 at Re-Perks with all members present. They went through the yearbook, making any changes needed. Jeri Brozek invited members to a brunch at Perkins on Saturday, Sept. 12. Cindy Meitler shared about the history of Labor Day and closed with offering each member a PayDay candy bar.

On Sept. 15 all members met at the Farmers Bank meeting room. Lois Johnson read an inspirational piece about kindness from the Torch entitled “Burned Biscuits.” Jeri Brozek reported that six members enjoyed Saturday brunch at Perkins.

The next social will be a couples’ dinner at the Airport Restaurant in Hutchinson. Brenda Black led a discussion with members sharing what they had done during this time of Coronavirus.
