Exploration Place coming to HPL

Exploration Place will be coming to Hoisington Public Library, 169 S. Walnut, at 1:30 p.m. July 22. This program provides hands-on STEM learning centers for all children.

The program will last two hours, and the kids will learn how to create a distress signal rocket, toasted marshmallows in a solar over, program Ozobots to find their way on a map, and more.

At 10 a.m. July 22, Delta Dental will be at Claflin Community Center. They will show children how to properly brush their teeth and is for ages pre-school to 2nd grade.

“We are extremely pleased to have Exploration Place at Hoisington Public Library,” Director Karen La Pierre said. “This is a new addition to our lineup of summer activities for kids.”
