Student Library Assistant, Emma Clemons will be focusing on different seniors throughout the year to spotlight, and this will be featured in our Check It Out column. Today’s Senior Spotlight is Nathan Hammeke. 

Nathan  is a senior at EHS. His family members are his mom Amy, his dad Mathew, his brother Alex who lives in Nebraska, and his sister Monica who is a Senior at K-State. 

His favorite book is “Mistborn: The Final Empire” because it does a really good job of world building. His favorite quote is, “You Think You’re A Know-It-All, Well You’re A know-It-Nothing.” Nathan’s favorite class is being the TA for Mr. Lane, because he got to do lots of multiple different things and he gets to work on sports books. Nathan was a part of the Football team, Wrestling team, NHS, FBLA, Chess Club, and Stage Crew. 

Nathan’s plan after High School is to attend K-State and major in Milling Science or Engineering. We wish Nathan a great year in his senior chapter!
