Sean and Kelsey Kelly announce the birth of their daughter Tynlee Joann Kelly on May 5, at Hays Medical Center. She weighed 7 lbs. 3.6 oz. and was 17 1/2 in. long. She has a three year old big brother, Lincoln Kelly.
Grandparents are Joe and Darlene Torrez of Albert, Joyce Kelly of Olathe and Pat and Linda Kelly of Independence, Mo. Great-grandparents are Lucy Torrez of Great Bend and Shirley Lies of Andale.
