Connie Carlton welcomed all the members of the Alpha Kappa Master sorority chapter at her home for the Dec. 13 meeting. 

Practicing social distancing, a short business meeting was held prior to the traditional Christmas Party. A letter was read from International regarding gift shop purchases until Feb. 28, 2021. Marcia King announced that all the stuffed animals have been delivered to a local preschool to be used for Christmas gifts for the children. 

During the annual Christmas party, members enjoyed giving and receiving gifts, a once-a-year event. During the social hour, refreshments were served and names were drawn for Christmas 2021.

Because of unusual events in 2020, the January 2021 meeting, time and place, will be announced at a later date.
