Insurance Planning Inc. announced this week the  appointment of Shelly Peacock as the commercial lines account executive in its Great Bend office. With her extensive experience and proven track record in customer service, commercial insurance, communication and network and relationship building, Peacock brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Insurance Planning Inc.

As an account executive, Peacock will be responsible for client relations as well as sales for commercial insureds in the Great Bend area.

Peacock brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry as well as over 20 years of experience in customer service. Having previously held a commercial lines CSR role at Insurance Planning and previously owing TCI Answering Service for a decade, her exceptional leadership skills and ability to develop and execute successful client relations have resulted in significant business growth and increased market share for her previous employers.
