Ellinwood’s annual Halloween Parade took place in the downtown Tuesday afternoon. An event sponsored by the Ellinwood Chamber of Commerce, businesses offered treats for children from St. Joseph’s School, Ellinwood Grade School and other kids from the community. In all, over 200 costume-clad children strolled up and down Main Street.
